Castle Unicorn Main Directions (Green line on map)
This is the quickest and easiest route from Omaha / Council Bluffs.
Starting from I-29 S
1 Head southeast on I-29 S
2 Take exit 35 for US-34 E/US-275 S toward Glenwood
3 Turn left onto US-275 S/US-34 E
4 Turn left onto Deacon Rd
5 Go 3/4 mile north
Destination will be on the left
Arriving at 57034 Deacon Rd
Total: 15.0 mi - about 20 mins
Castle Unicorn Alternative Directions #1 (Red line on map)
This route is paved most of the way except the last 3/4 mile.
Starting from Exit 47 on I-29 S in Council Bluffs, IA
1 Take Exit 47 toward IA-92 E (Near Metro Crossing (Target, Kohl's) and Lewis Central High School.)
2 Turn right onto IA-92 E
3 Take the 1st right onto Harry Langdon Blvd/Wabash Ave
Continue to follow Wabash Ave
4 Continue onto 221st St
5 Continue onto N Locust St
6 Take the ramp onto US-275 N/US-34 W
7 Turn right onto Deacon Rd
8 Go 3/4 mile north
Destination will be on the left
Arriving at 57034 Deacon Rd
Total: 19.8 mi - about 26 mins
Castle Unicorn Alternative Directions #2 (Blue line on map)
This route is slightly shorter but has about 4 miles of gravel road as Deacon is all gravel.
Starting from Exit 47 on I-29 S in Council Bluffs, IA
1 Take Exit 47 toward IA-92 E (Near Metro Crossing (Target, Kohl's) and Lewis Central High School.)
2 Turn right onto IA-92 E
3 Take the 1st right onto Harry Langdon Blvd/Wabash Ave
